Terms of service.

Celebrate MaKenna’s Grace (CMG) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of children and youth in our local community. We will grant the wishes of children impacted by foster care. The wish is to be submitted by the child’s CASA Volunteer or CASA Volunteer Coordinator.

WISHES

CMG values and approves each wish submitted. The value may include the price of the item, service or experience, small credit card fee, sales tax, and shipping charges (when applicable).

All funds received by CMG are used 100% towards furthering the mission of the organization and at no time shall be accepted as profit, in accordance with non-profit organization status.

CASA Volunteer/CASA Volunteer Coordinator (Submits Wish)

Wishes are submitted by CASA of Collin County CASA Volunteer/CASA Volunteer Coordinator for the children they represent.

Prior to submitting a wish, it has been confirmed with the child’s CPS caseworker, foster parent, or residential/group home that they approve of the child’s wish.

While every effort will be made to do so, CMG makes no guarantee that all wishes submitted will be granted.

WISH GUIDELINES

It is important to us that wish limitations are kept to a minimum and that the children can select the wish that they have identified will bring them happiness. If you feel that you have a wish that may fall outside these general rules feel free to contact us for further discussion. As a general rule, wishes for the following will not be approved.

• Wishes that are not received from CASA of Collin County – exceptions may be made
• Wishes that exceed $500 (including sales tax and shipping charges)
• Wishes for the same child less than 365 days from the previous granted wish
• Wishes that require reimbursement to be fulfilled
• Wishes for checks made out to the child or child’s family (checks will only be sent directly to a vendor)
